Sakinah Adebola Abdul-Ibiyeye is a powerhouse in tech sales, a keynote speaker, and a community advocate who leads with purpose and passion. Her work spans continents and causes, as she drives innovation while ensuring no one is left behind.
She is the Founder and CEO of WowYou Concepts Ltd, a dynamic event management and knowledge-sharing company, and the COO/Director of ORUN Ireland, a business delivering sustainable smart community solutions through innovative Smart Pole technology powered by wind and solar energy. Sakinah is also the visionary behind Ireland’s first migrant-owned EventTech platform, reshaping how events are curated and experienced.
Sakinah also proudly serves as Board Secretary and Director at First Tech Credit Union, the dedicated financial institution serving tech professionals across Ireland, where she contributes strategic oversight, governance, and leadership to empower financial inclusion in the tech sector.
She is the visionary behind Ireland’s first migrant-owned EventTech platform currently in development, which aims to reshape how events are curated and experienced through inclusive, tech-driven solutions. This will reimagine how communities engage through tech-powered events. In addition to her executive roles, she is a Cybersecurity Project Manager, mentor, and MC/Anchor, regularly speaking on stages about fintech, tech inclusion, and leadership in diverse communities.
Sakinah also leads at a global level as Chair of the Black Employee ERG, supporting inclusion efforts across EMEA and beyond.
